Partnership with Mount Senario

July 29, 2009

Silver Lake College is proud to announce its continued expansion of high quality academic programs throughout the state of Wisconsin through its newest partnership with Mount Senario Education Center (MSEC) in Ladysmith, WI.  Beginning in the fall of 2009, Silver Lake will be offering its business degree completion programs along with its Master of Arts in Education and Master of Science in Organizational Behavior.

According to Dr. George Grinde, Vice President for Academic Affairs at Silver Lake College, this partnership is a perfect match for the College.  “Silver Lake College believes in the value of education and this partnership is a great opportunity for the people of northern Wisconsin to further their education, at an affordable cost, in a reasonable amount of time, at a convenient location.”

An experienced leader in the area of providing outreach and distance education, Silver Lake began offering off-site programs in 1985 and has since expanded its offerings throughout the state with classes now being offered in ten different cities at twelve locations.  Designed with the adult learner in mind, these classes are offered in the evenings and weekends and have been developed to meet the needs of the working adult.  More information about the degree completion and graduate programs are available on-line at
